If you are in a dispute with a work colleague, we can help you to resolve that rather than you having to go through the formal grievance process.


As with family, we would have a preliminary meeting with each party and determine whether mediation would be suitable and how it would be run.  We would then set aside a day (or a half day if the matter is simple) to come in and meeting with all parties and try to find a way to resolve matters.  This would be confidential between the parties and information would not be fed back to the employers unless you wanted it to be to initiate change from above.
